Tim getting rid of weight in a sports car is usually a good thing, as it is in this case, but a light wheel isn't the "magic bullet" as some would claim. The engine will respond & accelerate quicker & make for quicker gearchanges but in reality there won't be a significant max power increase, if any, in top gear.
Stock wheels are generally way too heavy, so it's good to at least lighten your stock wheel.
Can't speak for the different vendors but they all claim that their product is best, of course...
