I din't know anything about Hawaii,but until a resident pops up here;
That same site talks of the Hawaii RaceWay Park closing in March 2006, and the Solo News section refers to an imminent vote by the Hawaii State ?parliament on the Oahu Race Track Bill, which may or may not get through.
