HS6 Carbs on GT6

Hi,
I've just finished installing HS6 carbs off a Dolomite Sprint on my '70 GT6 and am having a problem with the car bogging down when the engine is under load. The car idles fine.
I've tried to adjust the carbs both richer and leaner, but no luck. Both carbs are getting fuel, and neither jet is clogged.
Any ideas?
