MR. Rhino,
I got a two part long comment to a yes or no question without a direct answer. Since with all the commentary and independent views let forth you still did not say yes or no. Is it that you don't want to put a direct answer to my question on this message board for public view. Whether you agree with the regulation or not it is now the law and the impression you have implied is that the NFA is going to continue to stock bait illegally. YES or NO...
