Too true John, I've seen some class gigs at Rios, I felt really downhearted when I heard it was closing down, it's been my main source (barring The Empress) of live metal entertainment now for about 15 years, but now they're both gone, boo bloody hoo. Just a bit more travelling to do to get to gigs in the future. When you think about it we've been really fortunate for a long time! It's only a shame either venue couldn't carry on.
