I wouldn't like to hazzard a guess at what you are to be honest. I'd give it a while but if you really need to put yourself in a catagory i'd go for........... erm....... no, just wait to you work on your sound/music a bit. Lets just say it's a bit early to tell.

Don't worry about it, a lot of young bands when they're starting out for some reason think they're death metal when they are clearly not. I used to think my band was but we never were really. The thing is a lot of folk have no idea what death metal is these days. You get people saying Trivium are death metal or Marylin Manson or even Slayer. Well, they ain't. Obituary, Bolt Thower, Demigod, Gorguts, Nile, Immolation, Gorerotted and Cannibal Corpse.... yeah man, THEY are DM whether you like them or not, and they sound nowt like Hellfound. So it makes sense really. Just because Phillis is shouting gruffly does not make one death metal I don't think. The music is 100% not death metal. No offence but your not good enough to play propper death metal yet. It requires quite a high level of musicianship y'know. That's not slaggin gyou lot off, that's oraising the people that play real good death metal. It's technical stuff when done well. I wish I could do it.
