Once age and testosterone take the toll, surely it's better to shave down the old pate than keep your 60 remaining hairs long?
I believe it's the dignified thing to do.
Nowt worse than going for the Benjamin Franklin look. Or the Devin Townsend look!
Trouble is, after you've kept it shaved for a few years, you start to miss the old mane, and you say to yourself "The thinning and recession wasn't THAT bad, was it?" and you consider growing it back. Trouble is, parting it down the middle and combing it a bit forward can never hide the ravages of time!
Best to step bravely into that new bald world, it is.
