the swing people are the understudies for the ensemble when they are understudying the leads...some nights they dont work, some nights they do, and their place often changes --Previous Message-- : if theres an actor off. say rebbecca dent was : off and samantha beresford played annette. : then alyson takes doreen who will take her : place??. why dont they have the understudies : not in the show and only come in to play a : role whose actor is off. :
