I think you will find that subframe connectors will be a build it yourself or a Fairlane item, although I think I remember seeing that someone was selling the connectors for '67 on Ebay (but I don't see them there now). Maybe they can be adapted? The Monte Carlo bar may be avalable here: http://mpgheads.com/ click on MPG Catalog, then click on Export Brace, Quick Release. Remember that the late Falcons were Fairlane based.
