I live in the Riverview apartments near the Quinsamond River (a.k.a. Fisherville Pond) and am wondering which direction is the best way to paddle? I believe if I go north then I may encounter a problem where the river goes under Millbury Street. If I go south does anyone know how far I could go? TIA.

south is the easier route and last year we were able to go pretty far up the river. the bvpc is paddling that river on may 20th and we will split into two groups, one to fight the current and paddle upstream and the other to paddle south. both pretty paddles cheryl

Thank you, Cheryl. I've been thinking about joining a local paddle club. Seeing that you'll be in my back yard, maybe I'll show up on the 20th and join!
