From Collier Point you can see the hurricane
barrier and new bridge as you enter the Providence River. Put in at Collier Point paddle
past the Russian Sub and through the hurricane barrier, paddle into waterplace park. The flatwater group is offering a group paddle there
the last Sunday in October, you are most welcome to join us. ( We are putting in at Bold point and paddling up the river into the city) - Re: Providence river from collier point
