Blackstone River/Canal Loop – Sat, Aug 1

We got another .5 inch of rain last night bringing the total for July to 10.5 inches. That’s 7 inches over the historical average for July. What a month, what a summer. Anyway, there should be plenty of water for this morning’s trip. There will be some fast moving current and some small rapids, so good boat control is required. This is not a beginner trip. If there is too much water, we will stay in the canal, or paddle the section of the river above the Ashton Dam. See you at 9:00
