My husband and I have just purchased a Wilderness North Star tandem kayak (nearly 100 lbs and 18.5' long) and are trying to decide what type of car rack to use to get this on/off the car easily. We have the Thule bar set up and have a sedan. Any suggestions on what type of rack we should consider? We are thinking about the Thule 884 Roll Model.
