Interesting to note that WCVB's website photo story contest features a man and a very young boy paddling without PFD's

I sent an email to WCVB asking if they would publish a photo of kids riding in a car without seatbelts as an entry in their contest. I think we need to address this and ask the tough questions anytime we see this type of cavalier attitude regarding water safety.
