I wanted to try to kayak the Mumford river from Sutton to the blackstone and was looking for any info or knowledge that would be helpfull. Has anyone paddled any part of the river? The only info I could find was on the BVpaddlers websight. It states that the river is navagitable at these parts. It looks like there is a good portage in Whitensville. which Is fine. We dont mind working at it a bit but am wondering what the water level would be like this time. I know there is a few dams and will be trying to find out whether there is access out and back in. Would like to take one day to paddle from Sutton to lacky dam maybey. And the next week try to go from Lacky pond or a bit lower all the way to the blackstone. Anyone who has any info it would greatly be appreciated, thanks
