The following Connyak presentation is Wednesday, March 18 at 7 PM at the Essex, CT town hall and RICKA members are invited.
ConnYak is hosting a presentation of "Cold Water Boot Camp" that may be of interest to some RICKA members, especially those who live closer to Ct. The presentation will be by a participant in the ConnYak group shown in the USA Cold Water Boot Camp DVD. Mark will be there to answer questions, making it a more valuable experience than just seeing the DVD cold. All are welcome. There is no cost.
