Hi, We couldn't do the short hike along Rice City Pond up to Lookout Rock at night but it is
very doable. Went yesterday. Will be doing again today. Meet at Rice City Pond parking lot off Hartford Avenue in Uxbridge if interested at 3:15. CAUTION - parking lot has thick ice! Crampons or snowshoes with teeth needed as trail is icy especially over 3 bridges. We will set off at 3:30 with whoever is there, up to rock and back should take about 1 - 1-1/2 hrs. We'll be back before new snow starts to fall. There is also a snowshoe moonlight walk on Milford Bike trail starting at Dilla Street/Louisa Lake in Milford at 7:30 for anyone interested in new snow? call if you have a question or get lost.
