Depends what you are looking for - there are a couple of options in that area.
You can put-in in the Slatersville reservoir and paddle up into the Branch River to the first dam – an easy flatwater paddle.
You can put-in below the Harrisville Dam and paddle down the Clear (which combines with the Chepachet to become the Branch) down to the Slatersville reservoir. Its about seven miles - mostly flatwater with two dams that need to be portaged on the right and three short rapids that you can carry around. We usually take-out on Nasonville Road behind the old Gus’ Red Tavern to avoid the reservoir. The gauge is here:

I’ve done the run at 200 cfc and 3’. It was low, but runable. It’s a little below that now, but may it will come up a little more with the rain.
There is also the Nimuc River above the Harrisville Dam. One of our members has done a lot of work clearing it out – see details here:
