Looks like a wonderful weather day again on Sunday. You are all invited to come down to Ocean State Adventures and use our facility for launching (and warming up and changing afterward!). You and your less adventuresome companions are also invited to head over to Colt State Park (our "back yard") to p[lay in the snow on skis or snowshoes. We have snowshoes avaialble, and rental is only $15 for RICKA members. We plan to head out (on land, that is) around 11 a.m., and be back by 3 (in time for the drubbing of the Jets). We'll try to identify animal tracks in the snow, and observe how the various animals and plants adapt to winter life. Complimentary cocoa, tea, hot cider and goodies back at our shop afrterward. Come on down and play!
