I have never done it. I suppose you could put-in around Tupper Park, but there is a dam just down stream between Canal and St Paul Streets. (Go to Google Maps search for Canal St, Blackstone, MA, then hit the satellite button, and you will see it.) Once you get down to the Woonsocket Falls, there is no place to take-out. I usually paddle round trip from Cold Spring Park. Cheryl has the directions on the website, or you can use the link below.
