Hi Chris:
I have paddled some flatwater in the last three years. Is Bigelow in Mansfield, CT? I thought that it was the reservoir near the local airport.
Anyways, there is a message from Brad and Shirley G on the board. They live in that area and could probably answer your question. We are down about 2" of rain for the month.
