We just paddled the palmer river yesterday but put in was in Warren. Take Kelly Street at the light across from Liquor Store (off Main Street) just over the Warren Bridge coming from Barrington. There is a large field you can park in right at the end of Kelly St road and putin right there. We paddled all the way to 195 underpass. Beautiful. Little beach on small island to rest on as well.
