Volunteers Needed for West River Weed Pulling

Any of you canoers or kayakers interested in clearing invasive water chestnuts on the West River? In an effort to eradicate this harmful species, we are looking for volunteers to help manually extract these weeds to increase the river's health and boat access. Tentative meeting date is Saturday, June 30th. Refreshments will be provided. Please let me know via e-mail or call me at 508-450-8331. Blackstone River Watershed Association
