Hi Matt, I'm sorry to say this piece is probably a reproduction, meant to look old. The mark looks to be a copy of the British Royal Arms mark and more than likely was made in China. The "crazing" on the piece also looks like it was applied to make the piece look older.The mark is larger than what would have been used on old pieces. The old back stamps would not measure more than a quarter to a half dollar size-anything over that would be suspicious. This is not flow blue. You might want to check out our webpage articles.
