Thank you for responding. Yes the two 'tea bag' dishes are approx. 3" in diameter and I think you're right...butter pats sound more likely. The 'nut' dishes are a little over 5" diameter and are a shallow bowl type saucer. Again you are right about listing the sizes. I live in Rhode Island. I will check with my brother and sister.
