One way is to go to ebay and search for flow blue Touraine - on the left side of the screen will be "completed sales." You can see what it has sold for in the past few months. However, I think ebay sales are low for flow blue unless you have an unusual item. You can also advertise on this board to sell. Our club members are honest people and would probably give you fair market value.
