Locating Buyers

We have a 6-place setting of flow blue, Touraine pattern, that we have owned for several years. As I am new to this website, I am uncertain if I am committing a no-no, but I'll ask the question anyway. What is the best way, besides attending the meeting in Louisville, to determine fair market value, market and sell the china?
