Hello,
I have an auction find, a square, tab-handled dessert plate, and have a little information from my research but am looking for more including est. year produced. It's possible it was an underplate for a small, square tureen or bowl. I can send a picture if anyone's curious. It has a S. A. & Co mark (Samuel Alcock I believe), and the pattern name inside a decorative shape that matches some of the scrolling design work on the front, is LAHORE. There is also a small diamond. The pattern is floral, oriental, with dark blue flow for the designs, and painted with red-orange plus green, pink-red and yellow-orange as accent colors.
TIA,
Susanna
