Hi Kate,
As you already know, you have a piece of flow blue made by one of the few potteries in the U.S. that made flow blue, the Sebring Pottery. The best information that I could find is when you google the information that you entered. The various marks for Sebring Pottery can be found in Kovel's New Dictionary of Marks.
