Your wash basin and pitcher is the pattern Belmont by William H Grindley. He made Flow Blue from the 1880s through 1920s. A complete wash set would have included master slop jar w/lid, chamber pot w/lid, small pitcher, mug, tooth brush holder, soap dish w/lid and drainer, plus what you have. A good reference book on the late Victorian potters, which is what your pattern is, was done by VanBuskirk "Late Victorian Flow Blue". He covers Grindley, Johnson Bros., and the Meakins. Value is hard to decide. It depends on the pattern and its popularity. A wash basin with pitcher in the condition you describe could go for $300 to $400 and up.
