I have a small collection of mulberry--lots of floral and some nice polychrome. Pieces include teapots, c/s, platters, etc.

I am wondering about a piece I bought 10-12 years ago. It is round--6-7 inches in diameter. It is a polychromed floral. I think it may be a tea tile, but I hae never seen another piece like it. Anyone have an idea about it's origin, maker, and value?
