Hello Sue! Your wash set dates 1907 with that mark and sounds lovely. You are correct, the pattern would be "Tulip". If the blue flows well then it would be considered flow blue, otherwise it may be what Petra Williams referred to as "romantic staffordshire" - either way it sounds like a nice addition to a collection. If you have just joined, welcome! I hope you get to come to the convention in Rochester. If not, do try to attend one sometime, no one who does is ever sorry! Good luck in your collecting. Ellen K.
