Hello Chris, I believe that as your plates have the country of origin on them they would be 1891 and onwards - the pattern is Timor and they are made in Holland - They pattern is also mentioned in Petra Williams Book 2 - if you haven't got her books I truly recommend that you get a set as they are a mine of information and will not be reprinted, I have a child's handless cup and saucer in this pattern boarder line flow blue polychrome with a lustre finish could also be considered pearlware -
