Hi Sean, Indian Jar is a very old oriental pattern. According to the research books we have the pattern could have been manufactured by one of three different potters. These potters were Thomas Ford, Thomas Furnival and William Smith. Each manufactured this pattern in the 1840-1845 time frame.
