Hi Mary, Marie is a very pretty pattern by one of our favorite potters - Grindley. Most of his flow patterns were make and distributed from 1891 to about 1910. Marie is a pattern that is seen fairly ofter. Some pieces, the hollowware pieces are almost always more difficult to obtain. The Flow Blue International Collectors Club (FBICC) is the best source for finding most any pattern. Net-working within the membership is a great way to find needed pieces. After a person becomes a member, you are given a membership roster in which most members are listed with the pattern(s) they collect. Often, another Marie collector may have extra of some pieces or may help you find what you are looking for. We also have several dealers throughout the world that will also help people find what they are looking for - a list must be provided. We also have several US regional meetings and one national convention each year. The upcoming national Convention is next month in Indianapolis and is comprised of 3 days of classes, sales and displays. Fun, sales, education, renewing friendships and making new friends are what drives our conventions. There is a very good chance you would see several Marie patterned pieces or at least make some good contacts at Indianapolis. In my opinion, to see, touch and meet the owner of a piece you are considering buying is a great advantage over buying off the Internet. The convention has a huge auction, table sales and a flea market for shoppers to buy and sell. The FBICC also has a newspaper in which (if a member) you can post an ad for pieces you are looking for or wish to sell. Hope this helps you and the very best to you and yours, Jerry
