Thank you for the email enquiry - It is possible from the description of the mark that the pattern could be Burleigh – although I can find no reference to this pattern by this potter – as to whether the set is flow blue if you could send a photograph of the pattern and the mark I might be able to confirm both for you my email address is jackie@flowblue.co.uk
From the description of the mark the set would date from around 1900 / 1906 - Jackie
