Good Evening Tim, The mark you are describing is from 1900-1923. I am not familiar with this particular Willow pattern although there are several that are considered flow blue. I would encourage you to join the Club if you are not already a member. Our educational seminars are tops and you just might find some companion items for your Willow. Thanks for writing.
