Hello, can anyone tell me about a particular Willow pattern? The mark on back reads "Willow" and within the mark it says "Brown Steventon (spelling?) Burslem, Made in England, and gives the registry number. It's nicely flown, but not sure if considered true "flow blue" as the Minton company, etc. Anyone know the approximate year? I assume its turn of century.
