Good Morning Lillie, Looked up the pictured pattern and am not familiar with it. Is yours the navy blue as well? Or cobalt? Some patterns, regardless of maker, were made in both colors. I have a wash set in a well known pattern that is the navy and I have never seen it in anything but the cobalt. If no one can come up with a name for you, it may be just a hunting expedition!
