EncoreCX 2000

Is it standard to purchase the Encore Cx 2000 phone system and not receive the software or manuals otherthan the "Getting Started Guide"

Our purchased 5 phones and can't seem to get the options that we want to work especially without the computer software or manuals????

How can we obtain them?
