EncoreCX with Chameleon headset. About 10 seconds after a phone call the headset goes off and the display selection goes to "Turn Headset On" and has to be turned on again for the next call. It's driving the user nuts. We have swapped phones and today tried a new headset with the same results. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
