Need help on Automatic Line Selection and Paging system

I just Installed the Inter Tel 3000 for a local buisness and they are wondering if it I can program the phones to pick up one of their 3 lines automatically, instead of having to push a line button.. Any info. on this subject would be a great help...

Also has anyone ever heard of intergating a AT&T Pac 20 Paging system with this system...
