Yes, you are right - I found that out the hard way,but we got through it with some good phone support from inter-tel and some from the phone company. Coordination on moving the phone lines was where we fell through the cracks. Learned a lot. Might do it again, but only if I can be in on it from the start. Lack of information from the initial line ordering was one of the things that became a stumbling block. But I am happy to say we have phones.
