Looking for free/cheap project horse

I am a junior in high school. I have been riding for 7 years. I have experience in hunter/jumper, dressage, and jumpers. I am looking for a reasonably sound horse that can at least do low level jumping. I could do monthly payments till the horse is paid off. Horse will go to an appreciative home.
