the fact that you just asked me if the question of how much he wants for them is relevent or not was pretty nieve if i do say so myself... you are complaining of these horses being "starved" by a man who is trying to sell them ... if horses are bought from this man they obviously are no longer in his care...so YES, the question of how much are they IS relevent!
