The US Equine Rescue League (USERL) is celebrating its 10th year in 2007. We have formed a small core group of people who have been fundraising/getting the word out in Northern Virginia for the past two years and are in search of more volunteers to meet over the winter and ramp up for spring/summer/fall fundraising, etc., and foster homes for the few horses we have started taking on.
