Do you know this horse?

I just rescued this stallion in Las Vegas, NV. Anyone know him? He is Friesian/Tennessee Walker from what I am told. Maybe 14.3H, small star on head and left hind pastern white. Has some swelling and a scar on the left front pastern/hoof wall heel. He is still a stallion, and suppossedly was bred well, then bought and this guy bought him in a lean sale about 2-3 years ago. He said he had some paperwork on him but could not find it. I am not sure of age until vet comes out. He was living in a 10 x 10 dog run with 4 goats - he is thin and has come muscle atrophy from standing and not getting any feed. Hoping to turn that around. Someone at sometime has handled him. He trailers, bathes, clips, ties etc... Easy to handle and is broke to ride.
