New Horse Rescue in Ohio

Serenity Horse Rescue Saving God's Creations Hi everyone, I wanted to let everyone know about a rescue that has been formed thanks to president Shula Woodworth and all her hard work. We are located in Southwest Ohio. Serenity Horse Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding new homes for horses that are slaughter bound or in need of a new home. Also, if you are interested in saving a horse or adopting one from us please contact Shula or Jennifer. We are accepting donations of any horse related items new or used, including tack to ride and train our rescued horses with. We are selling candles to help fundraise money for our equines. We have many different scents including: Pumpkin pie, carrot cake, Pear Berry, Sugar Plum, fresh brewed and hazelnut coffee, Smores, Pina Colada, Rose Jasmin, Headache relief, Home Sweet Home and much more! Candles are 100% Organic Soybean homeade by Shula. These candles will burn for 50 hours and the melted soybean can be used as lotion as well. All profits go directly to the horses. Candles are $6.00 each or 5 for $25.00. New members are welcomed at any time, meetings are held monthly. Donations can also be sent to Dr. McFadden, care of Serenity Horse Rescue. Lebanon Equine Clinic/ 1200 Oregonia Road/ Lebanon OH 45036. We are currently rehabilitating a Thoroughbred mare with severe laminitis. Her name is Miss Gray. Miss Gray was very lame and brought to an auction and was near being auctioned off when her owners decided to donate her to SHR so she could be guaranteed a good home. Pictures of Miss Gray will be added to our website soon. Any horselover who wants to be a part of our rescue in any way are always welcome, SHR is a new rescue and your support will be greatly appreciated.
