Instead of being negative with nothing to add, how about offering some suggestions on how the law can be written so it will work?
Personally, I would like to upgrade my chosen profession. The yellow pages in my area offers plenty of tree topping. Some of these same toppers don't pay the state workmen's comp on their employees. They come into Macomb and take away tree parts to who knows where. Bolingbrook doesn't have any reported EAB yet. Do you want some unlicensed unprofessional bringing infested wood your way? Instead of saying this won't work, give me some suggestions to make it work. I would think that our organization has enough people to come up with ideas to make a better licensing program than the old one. But I need to know what needs changing, by page # by line #. Otherwise, the representatives will vote on it as is.
