Hal has brought up a very good point. Enforcement is critical to its reinstatement. We need to know how this Act will provide better enforcement than the old act. I will contact my representative, Mr. Myers, and find out the time frame for this bill. We need to know when changes need to be presented and when vote for passage is expected. We also will need to have someone from the IAA to meet with Mr. Myers and hopefully other representatives (from EAB areas) who will be supporting this bill. I would imagine the meeting will most likely be held in Springfield. I know I will make myself available to go to Springfield when needed to support it. However, I am not an IAA representative. It might be helpful to have backing from the ISA too, since they are close by.
